What is the main difference between AMD S754 and S939 ?

As I wrote in other forums I'm going for an upgrade so I would like to know a few things about the main boards before I make the final decision.
What is the main difference between AMD S754 and S939?
As I have noticed both boards can be found with nForce4 and PCI express.
So how do I choose one?
